For security reasons, we do not generally send credit card receipts. Please use the statement sent by your credit card company instead.

About shipping

[Delivery company]

Please note that you cannot specify Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post as the delivery company.
We are unable to accept parcels for collection at a courier center.

[Shipping fee]

If the purchase amount is 8,000 yen or less including tax, the shipping fee is 500 yen nationwide, and if the purchase amount is 8,000 yen or more including tax, the shipping fee is free.

[Delivery days]

Estimated shipping: Within 3 business days after order completion *Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Estimated delivery: 1 to 3 days after shipping. Delivery may take longer depending on the product and delivery address.

[Delivery date and time]

You cannot specify a delivery date or time.
However, if there is a special reason, please contact us via LINE to let us know your preferred delivery date and time.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges

[Order cancellation]

(1) Cancellation after ordering Once an order has been completed, cancellations cannot be accepted before the product has been shipped, so please make sure to check carefully on the order confirmation screen before placing your order.

(2) Important Notice (Regarding Refusal to Accept Delivery)
Please note that in the unlikely event that you refuse to receive the delivered product, we may charge you the actual shipping costs for the refused product and the return shipping costs.

[Returns and Exchanges]

(1) Regarding return and exchange conditions: If you are not satisfied with the product after using it, you can return it for an exchange or get a full refund.
For inquiries regarding returns and exchanges, please contact our official LINE account.
*Please be sure to let us know the name of the purchaser.


(2) Notes on returns: Only products purchased through the Kanade online shop are eligible for return or refund.
We will mail you the return materials.
When returning an item, please make sure to use a traceable method (such as Yu-Pack or a courier service such as Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express).
We will cover the shipping costs for returns. Please send the item cash on delivery.
When returning an item, please write your registered name, address, and phone number on the shipping slip, using strong writing pressure so that they can be read clearly on the duplicated shipping slip. If the registered information differs from the information on the shipping slip, or if the information cannot be read, we may not be able to accept the item. In addition, we will not be able to cover the shipping costs in such cases. Please keep the copy of the shipping slip for three months just to be safe.

[About refunds]

(1) Refund Method After we confirm the arrival of the returned product, we will send you important information regarding the refund procedure via LINE. Please note that if you have been blocked, we will not be able to proceed with the refund procedure.
Please note that due to the closing date of your credit card company, the payment may be debited first and then refunded.

(2) Notes on refunds Refunds can only be made to bank accounts in the name of the purchaser. If the purchaser and the account holder are different, refunds cannot be made.
Please make sure to provide the name of the transfer recipient in katakana.
